Artisan Iron was established by Kevin Crozier in 2017 and in 2019 he joined forces with Nathan Twomey and they took over a large workshop which is situated in the heart of Grouville. Between us we have over 54 years experience of in blacksmithing, welding & fabrication designing & creating bespoke metal work, blending traditional techniques with modern methods to create gates, railings, public and private art commissions, and general metalwork. We also undertake restoration work to help keep alive historical ironwork.
We hope to bring customers’ visions to life and create truly unique ironwork. For us it’s the little things that make the difference, we treat every job as if it was our own. We will work with you from the concept of design to finishing and installation, understanding and assessing the individual needs of each client and ensuring that all our customers are happy with the final product.

Things have changed over the years, but the basics are still the same, get it hot and change its form!
We specialise in creating bespoke metal gates and railings. We can work with a wide range of materials, including iron, steel, copper, and bronze. We pride ourselves on being able to create beautiful, functional works of art that will stand the test of time.
In addition to our bespoke work, we have also completed several public and private art commissions. These have included everything from sculptures to monuments.
